– The resolution of complaints related to patient dissatisfaction, due to deficiencies in the quality and suitability of dental treatment will be managed in accordance with what is indicated by the company’s Scientific Technical Committee.

– TERRITORIALITY OF THE SERVICE PROVISION: This policy is given in accordance with Law 1480 of 2011 and other regulations that complement or modify it and which is applicable only in the Colombian territory, in this sense the foreign patient by nationality or residence will be able to access dental services solely and exclusively at the SMILES BY MARIO MONTOYA headquarters; Therefore, it is expressly stated that in relation to the procedures indicated in this document, as well as the resolution of claims on them, they do not include or will include the costs related to air and / or land transfers and other costs and / or lodging and / or food expenses or any other expenses incurred by patients to receive the required dental treatments.
